Intellectual Property Limited (QED) buys business assets of
Sound Alert Ltd and Sound Alert Technology plc
QED Intellectual Property Ltd is pleased to announce that it
has purchased the business assets of Sound Alert Limited and
Sound Alert Technology plc, for an undisclosed sum.
Neil Muttock, CEO of QED said; “We are very pleased to
be able to continue the role of IP holder of the Sound Alert
technology, and to continue to licence commercial companies
in the field of reversing alarms, and building evacuation. The
technology covers enhanced directional sound and has very impressive
advantages, and we are looking forward to extending the licences
to a number of new applications."
