Licensing Strategy Design
Based upon the information gathered, QED will devise a licensing
strategy designed to provide clarity and focus to the deal making process. Typically,
this strategy will look to strengthen existing IP (if appropriate); will list
target companies; formalise the technical/legal argument, and create unified understanding
of the requirements ahead.
